If you start with ALL the model numbers you can be helped otherwise it is anybodys guess as to how to do it.
You will need a output on the source device(in this case the Dish box) , and a input on the HTIB.
You also may need to make changes in the settings for the devices as well.
MORE DETAIL would help you to get a correct answer.
On the back of your TV set you have a Yellow and Red and White connector too…normally labled VIDEO IN or VID 1 or 2 or 3…..
Connect yellow to yellow, red to red and white to white from your Dish boxs OUTPUTS to your TVs INPUTS…..it’s Always OUT to IN….
